THE REFORMER
Meet your new companion, the reformer. Created by Pilates Guru Joseph Pilates, this bed-like frame features a platform aka the carriage, which glides within the frame, all powered by a set of 5 springs.
THE WORKOUT
The classes combine the reformer with features like the springs, straps, foot bar, box and ring to create a balanced workout.
