Cryotherapy is a cold therapy taken to the next tech level, by exposing the entire body to extremely cold (-110 Celsius) dry air for up to three minutes in a climate-controlled cryo-chamber. Cryotherapy has many benefits:

We offer two different kinds of Cryotherapy upgrades for our members:

Unlimited Cryotherapy: You receive unlimited Cryotherapy sessions at Renessence. This Cryotherapy upgrade costs €69 per 4 weeks.

4 Cryotherapy sessions per 4 weeks: You receive four Cryotherapy sessions at Renessence. This Cryotherapy upgrade costs €49 per 4 weeks.

We offer our Cryotherapy sessions at our fantastic partner Renessence, a beautiful space and centre of well-being, located across the street with just a 2-minute walk.

Please note that these services have a minimum contract period of 12 weeks contract will start. After that period, you will enter a flexible contract in which you can cancel anytime one month in advance. Once you sign up we will add the product to your account and you will be billed automatically on top of your membership fee.
