We have three personal training levels, which are determined by years of experience and our internal training level.

PERSONAL TRAINING LEVELS
Our level one trainers have primary knowledge and expertise to safely train clients and gym members. They provide basic personal traning techniques to build a personal training program.
Our level two trainers have had significant amount of experience, which has allowed them to specialise in various areas. They can identify, correct, and refine high-level fitness programs.
Our level three trainers cover all levels of personal training, as well as nutrition, wellness, sports conditioning, and more. They provide skills, tools, and knowledge to make a huge difference in your health and wellness.
